As a healer, it can be hard to take up space. Our work is largely private and behind closed doors. Many of us have been trained or told to keep our work to ourselves. The need for healing is bigger than ever these days, and as the world changes client's needs are shifting too. Social media has opened up possibilities for reaching people, for showing the world what we have to offer.
In this workshop, participants will learn tools on how to work through internalized oppression that is keeping them from putting themselves and their practices out there, as well as how to find a balance of sliding scale and full fee spots to create an ethical and sustainable practice.
This workshop covers how to find your voice as a healer, helping participants put together a bio & a word bank to return to when describing themselves and their work, which can be used as a jumping off point for building a website or social media presence.
Most of all, the workshop will address worthiness, and the challenges that imposter syndrome brings up, but ultimately keeps us limited from helping those in need.
This workshop is 45 min in length (with one fast talking millennial) and 15 minutes of journal prompts. Prompts and additional notes are available in a PDF worksheet here (please include with this workshop! Priced at $1 so the total workshop is $40)
