OCD robs us of our ability to enjoy our lives and be inside of our bodies in a way that feels good. Getting specific treatment for OCD is highly effective. Healing is possible. You can inhabit your own life. Your life is yours. I use a combination of ERP & I-CBT to treat the root of OCD, and it's behaviors.
EMDR &
Trauma Therapy
EMDR allows for the brain's natural process of digesting memories to engage, that way traumatic memories and their impact on our bodies can be properly stored in the past. EMDR is clinically tested to be highly effective treatment for trauma. Done right, EMDR is gentle and not overwhelming. Together we will build tools to make trauma processing as safe as possible.
Workshops & EMDR Consultation
I offer workshops on trauma, the nervous system, and LGBTQ+ competency to businesses and organizations.
As an EMDR Consultant in Training, I am able to provide certification hours to other EMDR therapists who have completed basic training as well as supervision for other licensed clinicians wanting to expand & grow.
About me
I started doing this healing work 14 years ago during a time in my life where I was searching for concrete skills and purpose to help myself. My professional work experience spans community mental health, grassroots peer led orgs, and now for the last 5 years, my own private practice.
I am a white, lesbian, neurodivergent Ashkenazi cis-woman. I am also a mother.
Currently I practice and live on stolen + occupied Osage & Sioux land in St. Louis, Missouri.
